The new release introduces security improvements to help protect your investment along with great features and enhancements in every mode of wysiwyg: CAD, DESIGN, Plots and Reports, previsualization and protocols. Output Configuration is the place to go to create and manage all outputs out of the BlackTrax system with an easy to use interface to get third parties up and running more swiftly. This will help customers who use BlackTrax primarily for third party use get the system up and running quicker. Several bug fixes, focusing mostly on improvements to Output Configuration and BTEngine module syncing. In addition, there is an improved installation process that highlights progress more clearly and configuration of the server is now found in a new setup application that runs on the first boot.

The Server Manager can also display currently installed versions of BlackTrax, easy access to license and configuration folders, and view network card statuses. In addition, there have been several additional bug fixes for Output Configuration and Monitor. Each preset can be individually calibrated and recalled on a per chapter basis. There are many other features that help improve the daily workflow of BlackTrax including Fixture Groups, adding Output Configuration to the toolbar, and having Messages always appearing on top of other widgets. Pan-Flip timing is also included in this release, which allows you to slow down the speed of a pan flip up to 10 seconds during Fixture Calibration.

Any customer running any previous version of BlackTrax can upgrade to v2. This release is specific for the new BTServer 2. The Portfolio folder is now shared between the main and backup servers as opposed to the BlackTrax folder and is supported in the new Server Manager. This release is supported on both the new BTServer 2. Release Notes for 2.Р”В¬hapter Timings and Fading, Pan-Flip Dimming, Device Manager integration, and several workflow improvements are included in this release.Р”В«TServer Rev 3 also has been updated with all changes since October including Portfolio support. Zones over RTTrPM, multi-Chapter selection, and a new border around Beacons to clearly show visible status are all included in this release. In addition a static beam size can be used for Fixtures without automated beam options so features such as Dynamic Beam Zones can be used with static fixtures. Fixtures without pan and tilt can now be controlled and used with features such as Zones.

The big new feautre in this release is native control over conventional lighting fixtures. This release is supported on the new BTServer 2. This tool can be installed on BlackTrax Servers or your personal Windows machine.
